  • Shipping
    How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched? Items are typically shipped within 7-10 business days of the order being placed. Where are your packages shipped from? They are shipped from Quebec, Canada! Do you ship packages internationally? Yes we do! Outside of North America, additional ship freight fees may apply. Please feel free to contact us for more info regarding these additional fees.
  • Returns
    Do you accept returns/exchanges for any defects or major faults? Absolutely! If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please take a photo and contact us at info@art-pointe.com so that we can resolve it as fast as possible. Do you allow refunds/exchanges for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you? Exchanges are welcome if requested within the first 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis - Please contact info@art-pointe.com within 7 days of receiving your item with a reason for a return request, or for an exchange.
  • Payment methods
    Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (ie: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. Please see our payment methods section for a full list of available methods. We will soon be partnered with AfterPay which allows you to buy now and pay in four instalments over 6 weeks - zero interest.
